1. Who sells

The Ash, the Zen Dog shop (staffyash.myshopify.com) is run by its publisher (see Legal notice) and hosted by Shopify.

2. What we sell

Digital books in PDF: The River and Its Bed (Book 1) and Doga, yoga with your dog (Book 2) in French, English, Spanish, German and Italian; The Right Distance (Book 3) in English, La Juste Distance in French and Der richtige Abstand in German; the 3-book pack in French, English and German. Each book comes as a single PDF, printable sheets included. The Calm Kit is free in exchange for subscribing to our newsletter. Our content is education and well-being advice: it does not replace a vet or a dog trainer. In case of pain, illness or aggression, consult a professional.

3. Prices

Prices in euros, as displayed at checkout. Discount codes (for example KIT15) apply under the conditions stated when issued and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

4. Order and payment

The order is confirmed after payment. We never see your card details. A confirmation email is sent to you.

5. Delivery

By download, in the language you chose: the link appears right after payment and is emailed to you. Nothing is shipped. If you receive nothing within an hour, check your spam folder, then write to us.

6. Licence

Personal and private use. Reselling, public sharing, copying or distributing is forbidden without written permission.

7. No right of withdrawal

Before paying, you ask for immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal as soon as the download begins (French Consumer Code, art. L221-28, 13°; UK: Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, reg. 37). See the Refund Policy for exceptions.

8. Faulty file

We send the right version or, failing that, refund you. The legal guarantee of conformity for digital content applies.

9. Personal data

See the Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time.

10. Complaints and disputes

Write to us: we answer within 72 working hours. If the disagreement persists, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge. French law applies; the protective rules of your country of residence remain valid.
