Digital books, delivered instantly

Our books are PDF files, delivered immediately after payment. Before you pay, you ask for immediate delivery and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal as soon as the download begins (article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code; in the UK: Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 37). A downloaded book is therefore not taken back or refunded.

Faulty file or wrong language

If a file will not open, is incomplete or is not in the language you ordered, email us at loucif.m.mhamed@gmail.com with your order number: we will send the right version within 72 working hours. If we cannot fix the problem, we will refund you. You keep the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content.
